All communications regarding shipping including tracking numbers will be completed via email. If your item is to be custom made processing times can extend to 10 business days. Most standard orders are processed within 48-72 hours. A quote for rugs postage will be provided upon purchase and invoiced through Paypal. Standard shipping (5-7 business days) DELIVERY. - We use Auspost for delivery. -Please note while we work through the bugs; postage for rugs may incur an additional shipping fee (the website is automatically calculated using Auspost guidelines however there may be some issues during initial set up) we will work through these issues as they arise. - Please make sure your delivery address is correct to avoid delays. - All shipping addresses are to be written in English without accents marks on letters. - For all re-delivery of returned orders due to an incomplete, incorrect address or uncollected parcels, the customer is responsible for additional shipping charges to have the order re-shipped to the correct shipping address. REFUNDS, RETURNS OR CANCELLATIONS We do not refund for change of mind. We can not grant a cancellation if your item is a custom made order that's been made or already in transit. If you receive a defective item please email lilsezboutique@gmail.com and we will arrange to have a new item sent to you if deemed to be sent defective.
